Carmel Valley Welcomes HUNT
Congratulations to Carissa Duncan on the opening of Hunt in Carmel Valley. Being part of a creative community is a privilege and joy I did not know to expect, but it is one part of work that I hold most dear. I’m so grateful Carissa is committing to live in our mutual home town and share her talents with the opening of Hunt and Studio CD.
For those able to visit in person, I definitely recommend the drive to Carmel Valley. And for those watching from home, the website experience of Hunt is visually delightful and captures Carissa’s unique perspective on her curated collection of home objects.
You can also find our Sky & Charcoal Notebook and Memo Box in Carissa’s edit for Hunt. Thank you, Carissa for making us look good. xoxo.
Liz Damrich x Alissa Bell
The opportunity to collaborate with Elizabeth Damrich felt special on many levels. Not only am I drawn to her style, but also her choice to leave the city and set down roots closer to family to raise her kids resonates with me. A creative director and interior designer based in Mobile, Alabama, Liz’s style is chic & classic with a thread of the unexpected. The Custom Memo Box with Signature Envelopes are the perfect unexpected pop for Liz’s desk. If you’re in Liz’s orbit, look forward to these Lilac Signature Envelopes bursting into your mailbox sometime soon. 💌
I definitely recommend adding Liz’s instagram to your inspiration diet - her take on design, living, travel, and family is striking and beautiful.

Highlighting the Memo Box, Gabrielle writes that luxury paper “transforms me from someone sitting down at her desk to compose a grocery list into an Austen heroine, quill in hand.” To transform your personal note taking, look no farther than the Memo Box.

New York Magazine’s Best Personalized Stationery
Thank you to the Strategist of New York Magazine for including the Palermo stationery in your roundup of the best-looking personalized stationery. Known for recommendations by experts, the Strategist tapped Elisa Maezono, design director at Franklyn studio, for her keen sense of style:
“personalized stationery specifically feels old-fashioned in a way that note cards and beautiful paper products in general do not,” she does like designer Alissa Bell’s “fresher take” on the classics. With a notched corner and text-color options like mauve and cool gray, these note cards feel clean and modern.
You too can enjoy this fresher take on the classics, The Palermo. Shop here.
