ORDER PROCESSING
All non-custom orders are prepped and packed from our Carmel, California studio within 3 business days. For custom stationery please allow 2-3 weeks for production.
+ Holiday processing: To ensure Christmas delivery, the last day to order custom stationery is Monday, December 4, 2023. The last day to order non-custom items to ensure Christmas delivery is Monday, December 18, 2023 with Ground Shipping & Wednesday, December 20, 2023 with Next Day Shipping.
SHIPPING
Alissa Bell uses UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers. Flat shipping rates are available on all orders placed online and shipping within the United States. Free ground shipping is available for all orders over $50.00.
For orders shipping outside of the U.S. please select international flat rate shipping at checkout. International shipments have longer and varied delivery times. Alissa Bell is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international orders.
We work hard to prepare orders within our stated processing window. However, our shipping partners USPS and UPS may experience shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
We regularly re-use packaging materials received from other vendors for our order packaging to cut down on waste.
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are unhappy with our product, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days of the customer receiving their order. The product must be in it’s original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued on the card used to purchase once we receive your returned merchandise at the studio. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

+ Customer is responsible for return shipping fees & insurance (if applicable).
+ Custom work is not eligible for return.
