We couldn’t wait to share our collection with you, but the items in our shop are available for pre-order only at this time. The collection will be ready to ship in April 2017. Products bought through pre-order will be fulfilled in a timely manner and in accordance with the shipping policies outlined below.
All orders are prepped and packed from our Los Angeles studio within 3 business days.
Alissa Bell uses UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers. Flat shipping rates are available on all orders placed online and shipping within the United States.
For orders shipping outside of the U.S. please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the transaction. International shipments have longer and varied delivery times. Alissa Bell is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international orders.
If for some reason you are unhappy with our product, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. The product must be in it’s original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued on the card used to purchase once we receive your returned merchandise at the studio. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
